FIRST STAGE (EVALUATION)

  1. Submit Academic Document for evaluation to enrol into German University.
  2. Submit Passport Information Page
  3. Identify Course Interested to study in German University

SAJE will check and confirm on the eligibility for admission to the University in Germany and inform by email if the student in eligible. Move to stage 2.

SECOND STAGE (AFTER EMAIL CONFIRMATION ON ELIGIBILITY)

  1. All academic Documents
  2. Passport Information Page
  3. CV / Resume
  4. Photograph with White background
  5. A1 and A2 Certificate of German Language from GOETHE INSTITUTE.
  6. All the above to be certified by German Embassy in Home Country.
  7. All the above original Certified copy to be sent by courier to SAJE Associate office in Germany.
  8. Service Charge Fees of € 1,500 to be transferred to SAJE Account. (This will cover the cost for Application fees, Courier charges and Service Charge Fees)

Upon receipt of duly completed application documents from the Student together with required payment, SAJE will submit the application for admission to the university and collect the conditional offer from the university after which ISL will issue the offer letter from ISL language centre. In them meantime, student can pursue and complete A2 level in German Language at their HOME COUNTRY, After completion of A2 level, then we move to stage 3.

THIRD STAGE

  1. SAJE will issue invoice for Students to pay to ISL the Fees for Tuition and Accommodation. The accommodation fee will be for deposit and advance for 2 months rental. Tuition fees will be for the complete course until C1 level of German Language. ISL will have a Skype call with students to evaluate their German Language proficiency. Only after the Skype interview will ISL inform SAJE the tuition Fees for each candidate as the Tuition Fee will be dependant on the Student’s level of proficiency of the German Language.
  2. Once Tuition fees is received by ISL, ISL will open the Blocked account with PSD bank in Germany.
  3. Once SAJE send the Blocked account details to students, student will need to pay the minimum amount of €00 being their 1 year expenses in Germany. This blocked account is under the students name as stated in his/ her passport.
  4. Students to book their interview date at German Embassy in Home country or Country of Residence and inform SAJE 30 days before the interview. Students to ensure they check their local German embassy on the procedure to book interview and how long does it take to get the interview date.
  5. SAJE will arrange with ISL to have the mock interview with the students so that they can familiarise with what the Embassy may ask during their interview.
  6. SAJE will send the relevant documents for the Visa Interview in a package by courier to the students upon the Student giving SAJE written notice of the Interview Date. This Visa Interview package will include the offer letter from ISL, conditional Offer Letter from University, Blocked Account Statement from PSD bank, Accommodation booking confirmation, receipts of all payment for Accommodation, Tuition Fees and Application Fees

 Once the student has got confirmation of the Visa approval from German Embassy after the Interview, then we will proceed to Final Stage. If Visa Application is rejected, please follow refund policy below.

FINAL STAGE (DEPARTURE TO ISL, GERMANY)

  1. Firstly, students are to submit to SAJE the airport pick up form so that SAJE can arrange the pick up in Frankfurt Airport, Germany based on the designated Intake assigned by ISL for the particular Student. SAJE will advice students on the date to book their flight and date to arrive in Germany based on the Commencement Date of the Intake given by ISL. Student will then plan and purchase their travel arrangements to Frankfurt Airport based on the designated Commencement Date given by ISL. This pick arrangement is free if the Student arrives at the Frankfurt Airport on the stipulated dates. Any arrival outside this date will result in additional pick up charges provided ISL allows the Student to arrive on their preferred date.
  2. Upon arrival at Frankfurt Airport, Student will be picked up by SAJE Associate and brought to Register at ISL for German Classes
  3. End of Process.

ISL will arrange pick up for student from Frankfort international Airport to be brought to ISL campus in Koblenz and to their accommodation. If student arrives without notification they will not be any pick up for the students arranged. Please ensure minimum 14 days notice for pick up arrangements.

 REFUND POLICY (IF VISA IS REJECTED)

All fees will be refunded if you are rejected of the visa to Germany EXCEPT for the following:-

  • Service Charge and Application fees is non refundable.
  • Blocked account will refund the full amount after deducting €50.
  • Tuition fees and accommodation fees will be refunded in full.
  • Accommodation Deposit will be refunded in full.

The above refund is only for those who have their visa rejected. If student decide not to go to Germany after the visa approval, then the refund policy will be as follows:-

  • Application Fees – None Refundable.
  • Blocked Account will be refunded the full amount after deducting €50.
  • Tuition fees will be refunded after deducting €1000.
  1. Accommodation Booking Deposit will be forfeited
  2. 2 month rental will be refunded in full € 960.00
