SAJE provides you with an easy journey from airport to university.
When you arrive at the airport after travelling thousands of miles’ by flight, you will surely want to make sure that you have no difficulty in getting safely to your pre-arranged accomodation. You will want to be sure of finding right direction and avoid situations when the taxi driver may take you to the wrong destination caused by the language barrier, or you cannot find the registration place after your arrival.
Now, SAJE Pickup Service will clear all these worries. Our staff will meet you at the arrival area of the airport, holding high a cardboard with YOUR NAME and the SAJE LOGO on it. Additionally, we have register service for students arriving in Beijing. All you have to do is to book a flight and let us know your arriving time by sending to SAJE the Arrival Pick up Form 7 Working days before your arrival.
Eligible Cities Service Fee
SAJE provides Airport Pickup Service only in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Guangzhou, and Register Service only in Beijing.
Pickup Service Fee: $100 (Another $50 will be charged if for one more person)
Register Service Fee: $100
Pickup Register Service Fee: $200 (Only in Beijing)

Register Service
SAJE not only helps you complete the registration:
- Speaking both English and the local language clearly and fluently, local SAJE Associate staff will help you communicate with admission office personnel.
- Local SAJE Associate staff will help you to register a local cell phone number and a bank account if necessary.
Local SAJE Associate staff will be very glad to get you familiar with the new environment. It would be easier for you to settle down with the direction of the locals. On campus, they will guide you to visit the teaching buildings and library. They will also show you where sports facilities are located. Moreover, they will lead you to the banks for money exchange and ATMs that accept international credit/debit cards, as well as recommended restaurants, supermarkets, laundries, post offices, pharmacies and the nearest subway stations.
