FIRST STAGE (EVALUATION)

1. Submit Secondary and High School Certificate and Transcripts
2. Submit Degree Certificate and Transcripts . (Only for PG Courses)
3. Submit Passport Information Pages
4. Identify Course intending to study in China

SAJE will check and confirm on the eligibility for admission to the University in CHINA and inform by email if the student in eligible. SAJE will also inform if student will be able to get scholarships or not. Move to stage 2. The University Application Forms will provided to student.

SECOND STAGE (AFTER EMAIL CONFIRMATION ON ELIGIBILITY)

5. Submit all academic documents certified true copy and must be in Certified English Translation.
6. Passport All Pages
7. Filled in Application Forms for University.
8. Filled in application Form for Scholarships (If Eligible only)
9. CV / Resume
10. Photograph with White background
11. Medical Check Up to be done in Home Country
12. Service Charge fees to of US$ 1,500
13. University Application Fees of US$ 150

Upon our receipt of the complete application with payment from the student, SAJE will submit for student admission to the university. Upon confirmation of acceptance by the University, SAJE will follow up and get the offer letter from the university and scholarship approval letter (if eligible). Scholarships approval will only be released around end of April or early May. Once Admission is confirmed SAJE will provide Invoice for student to make payment to the respective University account for the Tuition Fees, Accommodation, and Misc Payments. Scholarship will be reflected in the invoice.

 THIRD STAGE

14. SAJE will arrange for Visa Application supporting documents and offer letter to be made available for collection by the students from SAJE Office or SAJE sub agents office only after the Fees has been settled by the Student with the relevant University accordingly.

 FOURTH STAGE (APPLY VISA IN CHINA EMBASSY)

15. Students to obtain and fill in Visa Application Form from the China Embassy in their Home Country.
16. Students are to apply for Visa at the China Embassy with all the materials and/or supporting documents that SAJE has provided to Students.
17. China Embassy will charge a fee for the Visa and to be paid by the Student accordingly.

 Once Visa is ENDORSED on students passport, to send a copy of the visa to SAJE and proceed to the final stage.

FINAL STAGE (DEPARTURE TO CHINA)

18. Confirm Flight Tickets and send the Flight Itinerary to SAJE 10 working days before the flight.
19. Send the airport pick up form To SAJE.
20. Pay commission to local office US$2000 (Full paying students) US$ 3500 (Partial Scholarship) US$4500 (Full Scholarship)
21. Arrive at China and REGISTER AT UNIVERSITY FOR CLASSES.
22. To do Medical Check up in China (only for some universities)
23. Student to submit their passport to University International Office for Residence Permit Endorsement.
24. END OF PROCESS.

SAJE will arrange pick up for student who have registered for the pick up service from NEAREST international Airport to be brought to UNIVERSITY campus in CHINA and to their accommodation. If student arrives without notification there will not be any pick up for the students arranged. Please ensure minimum 7 working days notice for pick up arrangements.
