Admission

The Malaysian Immigration Department requires all international students to apply for student pass before they enter Malaysia. The Institution will apply for the student pass from the Malaysian Immigration Department.

In order to apply for admission into every Institution in Malaysia, students are required to complete the following documents:

• Filled in individual Application Form of the respective University
• 1 copies of student’s passport (including the blank pages, A4 size paper)
• 1 copies of students photograph (passport size with white background)
• Letter of eligibility (depending on Countries)
• 1 copies of academic certificates (certified true copy) must be in English
• Application Fee as per EMGS requirement. SAJE will invoice
• Complete medical check-up based on Health Examination Report with all test results attached.

 (Applications are processed upon receiving all necessary documents and proof of payment)

 Visa & Immigration

• Upon approval of the Student Pass, SAJE will send the applying student an approval from the Malaysian Immigration Department together with the college letter.

• The student may then apply for a ENTRY VISA at the Malaysian High Commission / Embassy in his/her country of domicile. Students are responsible to check with the Malaysian Embassy regarding the specific VISA requirements before coming into the Malaysia. 

• Students from the African continent are required to take the necessary inoculations especially the Yellow Fever vaccinations before coming to Malaysia and possess The Yellow Fever Vaccination for the verification by the Malaysian Immigration Department. Those who do not bring any documentation evidence to verify the above will be quarantined for 14 days.

Airport Pick Up

• Flight Details

Please notify us via e-mail of your arrival at least 7 days before your departure date.  Please scan us the flight ticket or itinerary as the following information is required.

• Date of arrival
• Time of arrival
• Flight number
• Airline

• Immigration Clearance

Please produce the letter of approval from the Malaysian Immigration Department at the Immigration Checkpoint. An officer from the college will receive you at the airport’s immigration clearance point. The office will assist you in immigration clearance. Please take note that you will not be able to clear immigration without the presence of an officer from the university.

• Transfer to Campus

You will then be transported and checked into the hostel apartments within the campus. This airport pick-up service is provided at no extra cost for you as part of the student services of the University.

• Medical Insurance

All international students to Malaysia are required to subscribe to medical insurance at a minimum cost of RM500 per year. This is also payable to EMGS
